Lol personally my underwear doesn't get anywhere near my natural waistline, but if this is true then I guess I have my underwear to thank for my booty and not all the lifts I do!
Also since I haven't seen this addressed yet, don't get those waist wraps. It just helps to lose water weight, which you'll gain right back when you drink water.0 -

I agree... I don't think Dr. Oz uses common sense in what he suggests to people for weight loss.
I also don't think that wearing undergarments makes a difference one way or another. It reminds me of a neighbor I had when I was young that didn't want to start exercising until she lost her "fat" because exercise would turn her fat into muscle and she didn't want that! (I hate anyone that makes that comment by the way... Tissue composition does not change from one form to another)!
I did know someone who sold one of the body wraps out on the market and she actually told me it is better to NOT wear one while working out. I found those to be a big waste of money, too, so not sure if it is really better to not use during exercise or not.
