How can I increase my fiber?

Eating more veggies, fruits (berries especially), and beans will go a long way toward meeting your fibre goals. I get 40-70 grams most days, just eating a variety of unrefined plant foods. Some breads and pastas are also high in fibre, if they are not too refined; check the package for total fibre content, but generally, whole grain pastas and breads have a decent amount.

Eat things with fiber in? The min you should be eating is 18g a day.0

Chia seeds and flax are also good sources of fiber and protein and can easily to mixed into a variety of foods.0
