Eating more veggies, fruits (berries especially), and beans will go a long way toward meeting your fibre goals. I get 40-70 grams most days, just eating a variety of unrefined plant foods. Some breads and pastas are also high in fibre, if they are not too refined; check the package for total fibre content, but generally, whole grain pastas and breads have a decent amount.

fruits and veggies for sure will help! Apples, berries, beans...all good fiber sources.

Chia seeds and flax are also good sources of fiber and protein and can easily to mixed into a variety of foods.
