Honestly I was getting burned out, I took a few days just to refresh, maintain what I have lost and looking to start a fresh start. With new eating ideas and I needed to get my motivation back. I admitted I got sloppy in the end so I didn't log. I have ate in moderation it kind of felt good. I did enjoy some nice home cooked meals that would have been pretty complicated to calorie count, I needed to take a break before getting back on board. Kwim? I'm ready now :)

Another thing you might want to try is having your vitamin D level checked to see if you are deficient, that can also really put a big damper on weight loss. I was deficient in vitamin D and take vitamin D3 daily now and I have managed to lose around 10 pounds.

Thanks I was considering making an appointment to see my PC DR and see if she could check some stuff for me. I know my thumb nails are splitting but have been since the birth of my youngest and it has been 3 years now. I'm sure it won't hurt to have her run some tests. :)
I thought with me eating healthier since January they would have got better I am thinking it might be something else.

I do have a digital scale I plan to start using it instead of "eyeballing" my fruits or cramming them in to measuring cups. I have a scale so I plan to use it for everything I can. This is a better plan I can keep very good track of everything moving forward. :)

Are you using food scale OP?

do you eat back 100% of exercise calories?

I tried to quote this in my last message and it didn't , but Yes I do have a digital scale no I haven't been eating back 100% of calories.

My plan will now be to weigh everything I can :) eating back is still to be determined I will try to eat back a little to see how it is working out in the beginning. :)

Use applications such as weightgrapher.com (allows manual input of weight), or trendweight or happy scale to input daily weight ins and extract the trendline out of them (or scooby's website has an excel spreadsheet to do the same).

This smooths out salt related/TOM related, and even some exercise related weight fluctuations and helps smooth motivational highs and lows created by scale weights.

My diary is open too. About the only goals I have are to get "at least" 150g of protein, and 25g of fiber. The rest is pretty much random

I am setup as Active on MFP. I also usually get a positive adjustment from Fitbit at around 15K steps (or a negative one if i don't get there during my day, like today probably  )

Also, maybe you should log more consistently. Checked March, April, random days and found no log.

I'm super lazy with my food, feel free to look. It's a bunch of fruit and carbs. Not always the healthiest but finally after adjusting my portions, I've lost the 10 pounds i wanted.

I found MFP in beginning of end of April/May so forgive me if I didn't mention that it my 1st post. I actually was writing down everything right down to a tsp of mustard. Then someone I frequently see traded workout DVD's with me mention MFP. So I though hey let me try that. It took me some getting used to logging and I am still learning. I like how each day it shows me where I can be at. It just seems that with all my paper efforts and my logging effors I felt like 12 pounds since January is lousy. Technically If I look at my Wii It would show me when I actually lost and it was some time in April on into May. I have learned a lot an just looking to learn more I plan to weigh my foods and be more accurate and log more consistently. Thank you :)

They were pre selected from MFP I entered in my height 5'9" current weight 196 then selected my activity level as sedentary and I was given those numbers. :)
I was originally 2070cal when I first set up with MFP in May. My activity level was set as active then I changed it to sedentary because I really took a good look at how active I was during the day being a SAHM. I don't think I was really needing that many calories for as little as I am doing during the day.

From a quick once-over on your diary the thing you seem to be going over on more often is sodium, so i'd look into that first. The first thing i'd do is drop my calories per day and see what happens. If that didn't work, i'd start playing around with my food, and cutting out erroneous calories or subbing in something of more nutritional value, versus just the caloric number.
I've got the opposite problem where i'm constantly scrambling for the most nutritious (and sometimes most calorie stuffed) food I can find in the limited foods I can actually have right now. I'd kill a puppy for a steak :)

Mine is open as well :) I also tend to prelog (I sometimes decide to eat something else for dinner and switch around though)
