Well I am new to MyFitnessPal but I am no stranger to the roller coaster ride of losing weight. When I worked with a personal trainer I lost the weight but then when I stopped and I stopped working out I gained the weight back and slipped back into bad habits, I am determined more than ever to drop this weight and keep it off for a better me and healthier and happier me.

I understand,this is not so easy, I am having problems with know what or what not to eat. Never had this problem before. My sister passed away in Jan. And I have been eating with depression and gaining weight. Right now I would just rather eat alone.0

I need to lose quite a bit of weight, okay okay lots of weight. It's amazing how one day you wake up and realize just how fat you've gotten and your knees hurt because they don't like the extra weight. Feel free to add me, i'm always looking to give/get motivation!0
