How often do you weigh yourself?

Every morning, just to monitor day-to-day fluctuations, and I log my weight once a month on MFP.0

Every morning, but log it once a week. Seeing the number every day holds me more accountable. I can do too much damage in a week, and especially in a month, if I let weigh-ins get too infrequent. Not doing it daily may lead to me forgetting. Forgetting leads to other minor mistakes. Minor multiple mistakes leads to being back at the start.
And I've been back at the start too many times. This time I'm not letting my guard down.
Seeing the scale number first thing in the morning helps nudge me toward making better choices throughout the day. It's a reminder, good or bad, that my choices have consequences. I'm not worried about day to day fluctuations. I'd be more concerned with a false high or low if I were only weighing in once a week or once a month. Daily provides me with more information to work off of, and more to learn from. I like data.
This ritual is the springboard to my day.0 -
Every day. sometimes more, but I only track the first reading of the day. I find it interesting to see how my weight fluctuates day to day.0

Yep! If I haven't weighed myself in a while. I know I've been eating bad!0 -
I usually do it once a week..this time I am waiting 21 days to weigh myself. With the workout I'm doing a lot of people lost more inches versus weight so I don't want to be disappointed by weighing my self before the 21 days is up!0

Some people can't do this because they get to obsessed with seeing the scale go down. But I like documenting it everyday (only keeping the first weight of the day) and also seeing how it fluctuates during the day.
It proves that weight fluctuates all the time and I can't get mad if the scale is not always going down.
@jesikalovesyou ----This is the polar opposite my approach to weighing myself, which thus far has been to not own a scale and weigh myself only when I am at a doctor's office. Oddly, I see a certain logic to your ideas about weighing yourself even though they're so very different than my own. I am getting very close to transitioning from losing weight to maintaining my weight and I am thinking your way of doing things might be a better option for me when it comes to maintenance.0 -
If I'm staying on top of my weight, every morning.0

I weigh myself before and after each workout so I can take note of fluid loss during the workout. I consider my weight after a workout on Monday (my first workout of the week) my "Official" weigh-in0

we do a weekly weigh in at work... keep our self accountable wens. at 8am we all go in a group.0

max, once a month. Since I tend to do 3 month programs, I usually way myself once every 3 months. (before and after) Though I will say, weight doesn't say much. take pictures and measurements instead they tell a much better story!0
-
Everyday, sometimes twice a day... especially after a good long run/workout I like to see that number drop!0

Measure weekly. Weigh every month to two months.0

Ya, I lost 30 pounds through at work competitions. We weighed once per week and kicked in $5, and the person who had lost the biggest percentage of weight at the end of an arbitrary period (may have been two months) won the kitty. I came in second and third, but that's fine.
Knowing other people would see my number helped motivate me.

Twice per day: once in the morning before I get dressed and once before I go to bed. I have 150 lbs to lose and like to see how my behavior (diet and exercise) impacts my weight. I don't recommend that everyone does this but it motivates me.
My official weigh in is weekly, on Tuesdays.0 -
I weigh myself about once a week usually on Mondays just after my shower and before getting dressed.0
-
Every 2 weeks, with measurements done once a month.0

Since I'm actively working to lose weight, I weigh daily in the morning after my morning business and before eating. I keep a clipboard on the wall near the scale and I note the number. I like data and I'm not bothered by fluctuations, since I'm more interested in the trendline. More data points give a better trendline to analyze.
I'm also doing an experiment by recording my evening weight before bed. I'm trying to see if there is any correlation to be made between the overnight change and diet. I figure I'll keep this up for two months total for enough data to work with, then go back to keeping only my morning weight.0 -
Once a day, first thing in the morning after my morning wee.
But I do have another weight app which estimates my timeframe based on trends and I log that every Monday Morning at the same time as I log onto the Drop 20 by July 4th Group0 -
daily normally - sometimes I forget for a few days
I track on trendweight (like happyscale)0 -
I'm back to only weighing in once a month. From May '14 to Jan'15 I did once a month at my drs office. From Jan-May I bought a scale and weighed in whenever I felt like it. It messed with my head. So I'm going back to once a month.0
