3 JM Circuit Training Workouts a Day, Too Much?

I do 90 minutes of circuit training, 5 days a week, JM 30 Day Shred, Killer Buns & Thighs and 6 Week 6 Pack distributed throughout the day, I'm a housewife so I have time to do all this in between cleaning and whatnot, I also take a 20 minute brisk walk in the late afternoon.
I'm not trying to rush results or burn as many calories as possible, I just never feel that 30 minutes isn't enough for me.
Is this too much or a good amount? :)

No if you are OK doing it then carry on. I normally do 2 JM dvd's a day and walk 40 minutes a day. I have just started JM Kickboxing Quickfix Dvd and it is 3 x 20 minute workouts and I do them all in one go as it doesn't feel like I have done anything otherwise. Just listen to your body hun and enjoy xx

    Thank you!
What's the Kickboxing like? Sounds terrifying to be honest!

I'm also wondering this...I just started JM Ripped in 30 and I love it, but would like to also do the 6 weeks abs (or whatever it's called) dvd she has simultaneously. My abs just need a little extra TLC!

From what Joanne had said and a little research, I think we should be fine!
I love Ripped in 30, am starting it after I finish the Shred!
But my lower body being my problem area, I do Killer Buns and Thighs also.
Then I have a little loose skin on my stomach, so I added in 6 weeks 6 pack!
I don't feel exhausted doing all this, to be honest I've upgraded my walk to one hour because I enjoy keeping busy.
I think so long as we keep hydrated and feed ourselves we should be fine! :)
