New need help

i have never done this before! I have been exercising nearly every day since 10/5/15 and cleaned up my food intake but only seem to have lost 3ibs. Frustrating - any ideas?

Cut out sugar helped me big time. Also amount of what your eating can affect weight loss/gain.0
