Planks are really great for the core, did TNT Training recently and discovered how weak my core was. The coach made us hold for 60 sec.. Exhausting! But I'll go for it.0

I've just discovered this challenge today and I have just started it! Will be fun
I had already done some planks last weeks on a different home workout routine, so I'm not new to them, but definitely not trained either. My baseline was 55 seconds of pain + 5 final seconds of pure agony0 -

it's amazing how quickly you'll find your time going up if you keep at it. good form is important - make sure you squeeze your glutes and keep your spine straight. good luck.
