Struggling

I am struggling today to stick with eating healthy. I binge eat when I am stressed and there is a lot going on that is stressing me out. I want to eat and eat and nothing I do is taking it away. I've been drinking water all morning, keeping myself busy with cleaning and chasing after kids.

So what's stressing you out? Can you remove any of that stress from your life? Change things up?0

I am struggling to find a job on top of going to school fulltime, caring for 3 children while going through divorce, and trying to help my alcoholic mother beat her addiction.
I am trying my best though.0 -
You have a lot going on. It might be helpful for you to meditate. I know with everything going on it may be difficult to find the time to sit down for 5 mins and not do anything but free your mind. But it may make a difference. Also you may decide on the things that aren't really that important. Everything in the house does not need to be in place at all times. While looking for a job get assistance don't be afraid or ashamed to ask for help.
When you want to binge eat...go for a walk. Take the kids that will tire them out and give you some exercise. Good Luck!0 -

Wow, no wonder you're stressed. I find that running really helps me to manage mine (fulltime school, fulltime job, caring for family). Can you find some alone time to do some exercise? Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep. Short sleep can add to stress problems.0
