Just getting started , I have started diets before but I really want this to work this time. I see you can get pals and that is great. I think I would do better having someone else to count on, besides me and my daughters. We can talk our self into trouble at the table if you know what I am saying.

I know what you mean....my sisters and I are the same way....and also my husband who loves to eat!....we tend to convince ourselves it's ok to eat something bad for some reason or another!

Im here for you both! Its all about accountability! That is what I love about this site.. If you cheat, we all know. Give yourself a day to cheat but otherwise hit it hard!

I know the feeling of eating too much. I just make sure I workout extra long. Seeing the calories I burned after a workout makes me feel so good.0
