Type two diabetic almost 50 years old

I've been working out six months I have dropped 4 inches off my waist lost 40pounds and turn 30 of it back into solid muscle not too bad for 48 yr old guy. I am a highly motivated person.

    Great job!!! I'm off insulin and my doc lowered my metformin. Hoping to be off that soon. You look great!

    Type 1 here lost 50 pounds over 6 1/2 years ago and my numbers are perfect. Still suffer from Neuropathy, but its under control and I love to walk for exercise.

    I'm a 51 year old type 2 diabetic . My highest weight was 405 pounds.My waist size was 62"(presently 50").I seen my doctor on 2/28/15 and weighed 394 pounds.My daily glucose was 300+.I have been sticking with 4 small meals daily.I now weigh 326 pounds and an average daily glucose of 140.I'm 6"0" with a weight goal of 210 pounds with an average daily glucose less than 120.

    Mid-fifties and type 2 in remission here, due to weight loss. Congrats, and looking good.
