Hi my name e is Ana and I just finish doing the military diet. I lost 7lbs in three days which was great and a jump start for me. Now I want to continue loosing the weight and we love some suggestion on meals under 350 calories. Please help..

    Add lots of green veggies, fruits and protein and complex carb. Your plate should be divided where half is fruits and veggies quarter is protein and quarter is whole grain carb. Your snacks can be 1/4 cup nuts, 1 oz cheese, whole grain crackers and milk. This is just a sample.

    Why meals under 350 cals? What's your calorie goal per day?
