guess what happened to me yesterday????

I have been working out for the first time in my life. I joined the gym May 6 and do Aquafit twice a week, and strength training and stationary bike twice a week. I dont work out Fri-Sunday as I work 10 hour shifts on those days...anyway...not only have I lost 15 pounds as of today, but yesterday I flexed my arm like Popeye and it MOVED!!!!, lol...that has never happened before!
