    How fast do you want to lose weight? 1 lb a week? 2 lbs a week? How much do you want to lose in total?

    'quick' fixes and crash diets generally don't work, that's why people end up yo yoing and gaining the weight back.

    think sustainable lifestyle change instead...

    Only way I know of to lose weight quickly is to amputate a limb.

    The is no quick and no easy way to lose weight. It is a gradual process of eating less than your body uses, but it is worth doing.

    I've just finished my first 30 days of Isagenix and have lost 20lbs this month. I am not expecting to continue to lose at this rate but it is a great start and I feel really good, and have lots of energy. As a busy mom of 2, I was looking for something super convenient and this works for me.

    Celery diet. You eat all the celery, because it's all negative calories! Your body will have so much work to do digesting that you'll stay in a deficit. My mother in law's cousin's mom's best friend's third cousin twice removed did it and she lost 40 lbs in 2 days! Never mind she had to be put in the hospital, something about malnutrition or some kind of bs like that, her doctor was trippin' or something. Celery. All you want. Infinite deficit and lightning fast weight loss. Because *kitten* science. :laugh:
