I did 11,000 steps which usually is a good amount of calories. Today it says -181. This is not correct and I don't know what to do. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. Please help. actgvo0fmajg.jpg

Click the adjustment. It will tell you the last time it pulled calorie burned information from fitbit.

However, Fitbit adjustment has nothing to do with the number of steps you take. It's the difference between your Fitbit Calorie Burn and MFP's predicted calorie burn based on your activity level. The higher your activity level is set the harder it will be to get your Fitbit calorie burn high enough to get a positive adjustment.

This is mine from a little bit ago:

    (lightly active setting)

Now if I up my activity level to Active, my adjustment decreases:

If I were to go up to Very Active, I would probably lose calories.

I'm basing it on my everyday usuals I have mine set to sedentary so I always burn 400+ from my steps.

Have you tried disconnecting your Fitbit account and your MFP account from each other and reconnecting?

If not, the best way to do that is here:

You should set yourself to sedentary when you use a fitbit

You should set yourself to sedentary when you use a fitbit

If (and only if) you enable negative calorie adjustments in your diary settings, activity level is entirely a matter of personal preference when using MFP + Fitbit.

You can learn more in the Fitbit Users group http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
