I would really need some motivation because I feel gross about myself and think I'll never be thin again.
I wanna start tomorrow, but I'm really afraid about quiting.

To OP, you have to believe in yourself. You only give up when you let it happenI've been down on that path I understand that feeling of helplessness. But now I know one thing, success or failure, is all in our very own hands.
You choose to stick with it, and you will just stick with it
