For me it is eating after 7 pm. No eating after 7 pm for me because this is when I would binge eat. Sitting in front of the TV and mindlessly eating junk food. Now, when I watch tv with my husband I have a HUGE glass of ice water and drink instead of eat.

My 26 year anniversary with my partner is on Monday. We're going out to eat on Sunday night at our favorite Mexican Restaurant with some friends and probably another special dinner on Monday. I'm already planning ahead for those days. I'll eat very healthy breakfasts, probably will skip lunch or have a reduced lunch (maybe just some fruit) and relax and enjoy my dinner(s) without worrying too much about the calories I will be ingesting.

This is something I struggle with! I am filling a large water bottle with iced cubes and water and sipping that to combat the cravings with good effect.
