Gaining weight with meals

what are some things everyone adds to their meals? How can I easily reach 3000 a day?

    Olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds, full fat dairy, more fatty cuts of meat like pork, beef, lamb... Oh and the odd doughnut!

    Eat foods high in caloric density;
    1. Fatty cuts of meat; pork; steaks; 20% mince (they're cheap)
    2. Nuts and nut butters / trail mix are great
    3. Poptarts , ice cream / stuff like that.

    You can take a look at my diary if you want (haven't logged anything yet) to get some ideas on food if you wish.

    Lol I won't mind the donut. My problem is my sensitive stomach.
