So hungry today. I ate nearly the same type and amount of food so far as I always do, but am ravenous. And I am out of food at work with no access to buy any! An hour and a half until I can eat dinner. Sigh.

This is what you can do:
- distract yourself; go socialize, read, watch a video, etc
- drink water or tea
- have a calorie poor snack
Or eat a bit more today and exercise a bit more as well, or compensate for it tomorrow.
