What are some good exercise to tone down the inner/outter thighs and hip area?

squats, and lunges! two of which I hate! Cardio will help too!0

Also jumping squats!0

If you google it, you will get alot of great exercises. That is what I did to get some ideas.0

Walking lunges are the BEST!! Stiff-legged dead lifts, squats, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) 2-3 times per week in place of your normal cardio0

Jogging on a trampoline/rebounder seems to help.0

Roller blading and ice skating.0

you can't really spot reduce, but SQUATS, running , at the gym theres the elliptical those are fantastic for the butt/thigh area.
and just the more you really work your legs the more you'll lose from them0 -
all of the above and yoga, the warior pose is awesome for toning inner and outer thighs.0
