Iv been dieting for about a week now here is a typical non cheat day (Friday) any comments?
im not that hungry I feel like i eat enough. im a male 5feet 7inches im currently 195.6 trying to go down to 160

Breakfast
Generic - Large Eggwhite, 1.5 eggwhite
Yoplait - Light, 1 container
Bolthouse Farms - Berry Boost, Fruit Smoothie, 8 fl. oz
Banana - Banana, 1 medium banana (126 g)
Kroger - Peanutbutter, 1 tbs

Lunch
Oranges - Orange, 1 c


Dinner
Chicken Breast - Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, 5.25 ounce 
Kroger - Mixed Veggies-Frozen, 1.5 cup
Kroger Boil-in-bag - Brown Rice, 0.5 Cup, prepared (1/2 bag)

Snacks
Yoplait - Light, 1 container
Grapes - Raw, 0.75 cup
Bolthouse Farm - Green Goodness, 1 cup

and i drink about 4 bottles of water a day plus what i get from the smoothies i make out of the bolthouse farms
