I lost 50 lbs before I had my daughter 5 months ago. After pregnancy and unhealthy lifestyle choices I am back to where I started and need to retrain myself to get back to it. I loved the way I felt when I lost that much weight and hate what is currently looking me in the mirror. I want to be better for myself....my husband but most of all my daughter. I dont want to watch her struggle with weight like I have and I need to be a better example. frend request me if youd like to follow my journey to recapture what I lost

What is looking back at you in the mirror is the person who birth a beautiful baby. There isn't any need for hate. Reset yourself up in MFP and you'll do it again.0
