Buy a food scale, use verified entries in the MFP database, eat back half of your exercise, have a calorie deficit, and repeat the next day.0

Motivation comes from within. People can give you advice and support you, but you also need to be able to push yourself to make changes and move more.

There's lots that you can do. You can set mini goals, like: trying a new fitness routine or excersize. Or pushing a little harder. Or hitting your protein fat and fiber goals exactly. Going for a walk. Taking a new progress/motivational pic. Anything and everything! Even changing your goal from losing to maintenance for a break.
