I almost double my calories. Its not like I even wanted to eat all the stuff that i have eaten today, i just did. Just out of a habit. Now i feel terrible.

Is anyone else having a bad day?

It's not that big of deal.

    Accept it and move on.

I did that yesterday. I decided to though. Because I've been good for a year and I just wanted to eat some oreos and ice cream and pizza. I don't feel bad, and I'm in maintenance so it's actually damage...not just something that will stall weight loss as if I was in a deficit. You'll just lose slower this week. Move on!

My day is only about half-way done... But, I did already slip back into my bad-beverage of choice (mountain dew). How many calories is "double"?

Don't give up! Sure, you ate some things you shouldn't have, but don't dwell on it or you'll spiral out of control more. Just think one minute at a time about getting back on track. One error in judgement will not outweigh the good.

My money would be on 2400 which is probably close to her maintenance

Log it and move on. No use beating yourself up about it.

Also, don't think of it as a failure. Think of it as a learning experience.

Agree. Log it. You'll have data that might be of interest to you in the future. Also, if you check your weekly deficit you might find that you are still in a small deficit for the week.

Thank you everyone from you advice. I already have planed my meals tomorrow, so this wont happen again :)

One bad day won't make you 'fat' just as one day of salad isn't going to make you thin.

    New day, new start.

There you go! And hopefully you at least enjoyed the foods (in the moment) even if you didn't intentionally plan on eating them originally.
