    Can you post a screenshot of your calorie breakdown?

    I ran this through MFP's recipe generator. I can't see how you came to 189 calories unless you are using straight Frank's on the bites - using 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of Frank's it comes to 268 calories - and that only provides half the sauce you recommend.

    Thank you for pointing out my mistake! I accidentally wrote 1/4 cup of hot sauce instead of just a tbsp. in my recipe. Also, there seems to be a glitch with the MFP app on my phone, because it keeps posting a lower calorie count with the title than it does when I edit the recipe. I double-checked and it does indeed come to 217 calories (still pretty low-cal if I do say so myself!) I posted both the calorie breakdown and nutrition facts on the bottom of the recipe page if you'd like to take a look- should be all remedied now. So sorry for the confusion!
