Hey ya
. I am new to this app but i have been there with other apps. Personally the thing that i find that helps with getting out of control is drinking lots of water. Like seriously i love sweets, chocolate and confectionary but thats my battle i am not a foody person like proper food etc. I find that when i feel like i'm gonna get out of control i drink water until my belly is full loool seriously you wont want anything else in your mouth with that stomach full of water feeling.... #youcandoit ☺✌
