Two eggs and 3 slices of center cut bacon = +/- 210 cals depending on the brands and it is so filling and who doesnt love bacon!
Or
Organic Rolled Oats with stevia in the raw and cinnamon
Or
Thomas Bagel thin whole wheat with melted Brie Cheese
Or plain greek yogurt with 1 stevia in the raw pack and any fruits chopped up in it likee berries or cantaloupe
ALL SO YUMMMYYY I want them now.

I usually eat oatmeal, but one of my favorites is egg, cheese and veggie sausage on a toasted whole wheat english muffin. Yummy, but more calories than I usually want to spend on breakfast.0

Chocolate breakfast shake with whey protein and a banana mixed in and/or peanut butter.
And... the banana-flax muffins I made over the weekend.
And greek yogurt. I need yogurt at least once a day.0 -

8 oz green smoothie (any green leafy veggie, fruit of choice and ice blended together)0 -
Almost every work day, I get tons of sauteed veggies (bell peppers/onions/mushrooms/spinach/tomatoes) over a piece of rye toast, sometimes add a slice of cheese. Its very good and flavorful!0

Saute spinach, peppers, onions, garlic, basil with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, fold in 3 fresh egg whites, Folgers cafe.0

My favorite low calorie breakfast is eggwhite omlet with mushroom and sometime fresh baby spinach. Also have dry wheat toast with it. If I get hungry later in the morning I munch on some almonds.0

i love putting a whole wheat/whole grain english muffin in the broiler with cheddar cheese and tomato slices. a tiny drizzle of olive oil and some italian herb sprinkle.
makes my entire day when i have that for breakfast.0 -

Two hard boiled eggs and 1 scoop of Syntrax Nectar blended with water, blueberries and a few strawberries. Great after training meal.0

1/2 Cup Fiber One Original Bran Cereal, 1/2 Cup 1% Lowfat Milk and 1/2 Banana. Total calories is about 160 - has a whopping 14 grams of fiber!!!! I really like the taste too!0

Egg Beaters ( 3 servings) scrambled with fat free cheese, broccoli and onions and Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage (serving size is 2 but you could eat just 1 and still be full) = about 300 calories + tastes delish.0

Protein Pancakes
-1/2 banana (Mashed)
-1/4 Old Fashion Oats
-1/4 Egg Beaters
-Spoonful of Greek Yogurt (Plain, Fat Free)
-1 Scoop Protien Powder
-Cinnimon
Mix all and put it in a pan and bake... That is it, so simple!

Not hungry when I leave for work : 1 C Cinnaburst cherrios (dry) & 1 glass V8 fusion
Not hungry but thirsty: 1/2 cup cinaburst cherrios (dry) & 1 smoother (1 cup v8 fusion and 1 cup frozen fruit)
Hungry before work: 1 eggo & 1 glass v8 fusion0
