Best advice have fun and experiment with the different fruit and some veggies. I typically use common fruit: berries, bananas, mangos, etc with vanilla almond milk or some type of nector from Jumex. Just remember bananas have a very dominate flavor so don't use as much as other fruits. Start basic, with fruit and some form of liquid then advance to adding veggies(Spanish & kale) and flaxseed
JUST THROW STUFF IN THE BLENDER AND START MIXING!!!! Lol
Good luck

Add fresh spinach to whatever smoothie you make and it will give you heathy greens with no overpowering flavor. I love whey protein And coconut milk with a frozen banana, spinach and some almond butter.0
