I drink my coffee black no sugar no cream, can I include that as water intake

I think that the answer may be no, because caffeine is a diuretic, meaning it causes you to lose more water, but Im not positive about that!0

The caffeine content in coffee doesn't create enough of a diuretic effect. OP: You can count your coffee in your daily intake.0 -

That used to be the thinking but more recently the general thinking is that the caffeine in coffee, tea, soda, etc does not create enough of a diuretic effect to offset the hydration.
