I'm needing easy dinner ideas> I am looking to loose weight and am also on a budget any suggestions? I'm sick of chilli, stews, rice and potatoes.

  You can, or you can freeze them on a metal pan (I use a cookie sheet) and later transfer to a freezer bag to pull out on another day. It keeps them from freezing together.
