    I felt like quitting after gaining 7.2 pounds in four days. Got up this morning late, went out to run, opened the door and it was raining...I went anyway. If felt great after it was over. You have to get your mind focused on success and not failure. Don't try to do it all at once because its slow and steady that wins this race. Its not a diet anymore, this is your new lifestyle, embrace it and make it fun!

    So here I am on my first day trying MFP.......personal trainer recommended this to me. I have struggled with weight most of my life. Hopefully this will help. Keeping track of food on here seems easier. Just will see if I will succeed and keep this weight off for good!
