Successes/struggles this week: Managed to keep to smaller portions and didn't grab food late at night even when I still felt a little hungry. I've had an insanely busy week with almost no time to do anything for myself, so I didn't meal prep or spend any time in the gym. It's going to be another very busy week trying to get my house back in order, but I'm going to try very hard to at least get small workouts in at home if I don't have the time for a full gym workout!0 -

Although its discouraging to see the scale go up, I don't beat myself up over it anymore. Since I started weighing in daily and keeping a running average, I've experienced a lot less scale anxiety. I did reach a new low (126) last week, and I know today's 3 lb gain is largely due to all the carbs and sodium I had this weekend...
Success this week: staying positive ( or at least, being less angry at myself than I used to) about inhaling calories this past weekend...fell off the wagon for almost 4 whole days! At least I had fun with friends over the weekend
Struggle this week: leaving for another fun weekend away at a cabin Friday -Sunday! There will lots of beer and high cal foods...my commitment to myself is to at least do better than I did this past weekend and try to at least stay at/near maintenance calories!

There was quite a bit of alcohol consumed and I know I did not track everything. Going to work on cutting it out altogether for the remainder of this month! Struggles: I am hungry most of the time. Also, on Saturday I went to a bar to watch the Belmont race. Had quinoa, salmon and one cocktail. I gained .5 lbs in spite of the fact that I exercised that day. Conclusion: cannot go to restaurants and have alcohol until I loose at least half of my excess weight.
Successes: After a 2 week hiatus in May, I got right back to exercise and watching my diet, so this first week is really promising.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: well i ate some processed food this weekend and drank a lot so the fact that i didn't gain is great. i tried to balance it out by going hiking in the mountains and i think it saved me lol. the struggle i had this week, i found out i have a cyst in my knee joint cavity, gets really painful.
