I need motivation to get started. I want to lose 24 pounds and I need to be motivated enough to be consistent and disciplined so I can. Help.

    You can do it!
    Weightloss is not rocket science nor is it consistant.
    Just eat right, exercise, count calories and you'll be on you'll be shedding pounds :p
    And dont feel discouraged about non linear results, or if you have 'off' days. Just log it and move on.
    Everyday is a new one and dont let yesterday's choices and mistakes affect you.
