Thanks guys0

Almonds. A cup of those will give you around or over a thousand calories and some protein and fiber too. I ate plain roasted ones in my last bulk.0
-
I drink 2 thousand calorie shakes a day to fill the gaps.0

One suggestion would be to make a big batch of chicken curry, chilli con carne or spaghetti bolognaise, load it up with a load of veg, lentils, chick peas and have it with either rice, potato, pasta or spaghetti with a glass or two of full fat milk and that should net between 1,000 - 1,150 calories for one meal.0
-
For breakfast, go with 3 scoops of porridge, 4 scoops of full fat milk, banana or whatever fruit you want, a scoop of flaxseed or millseed or sunflower or if you can get all 3, do, a tablespoon of jam. Should get you nearly 1,000 calories.
For the rest of the day, as @nakedraygun said, almonds are great as are cashews.
If you are struggling with eating that much food, drink some of the calories like a shake.
A suggestion would be to pre-log the day as much as you can so you know what you are eating, when and how much.
I'm on a 1,000 more than you and I more or less do it this way.0 -
Eat six meals per day...400'ish calories per meal slamming carbs after weight training...so that one get's 600-8000
-
1,000 calorie shake will do it. Two of those ans food you will hit over 3,000 plus cals. I make my shakes, one scoop of weight gainer, milk, cup of blackberries, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of raw oats0
-
Peanut butter and Ice cream. A "clean" bulk has 0 to do with the food you eat and all to do with the amount of surplus.0

I've tried putting in raw oats into the shake but it never tastes right.0 -

Just eat a third of what this guy eats and you'll be fine.

HAHAHA @Mycophilla- that video is hilarious.. "when it starts to hurt, embrace it.. and keep eating.. I'm gonna take my apple to go."
What a boss.0 -
I get through 3,000 easy, just wish it would build me more muscle. Lots of snacking & eat lots just before bed. Seems to all add up.0
-
Just started my 3000 cal bulk. Homemade weight gainer before bed @ 1000 cal helps make eating the other 2 throughout the day easier.

even just a single quarter pounder with cheese is ~500 cal iirc, add large fries and that's 1k
idk I never eat at McD's anymore so those cals may be off0 -

I can't imagine his monthly food budget...0 -
Try to split the 3000 up to 5 or 6 meals. They'll be much more manageable.0

Neither do I. Awful food. However that double bacon cheeseburger in Burger King can become an extra large one if you are really after a lot of calories or a not thinking right as you have had one too many drinks on a night out!!0 -

Sure the burger is full of protein, the chips/fries are full of carbs and both are good for us;)0
