Getting Started

Hi everyone,
Just signed up and started tonight. So really tomorrow will be my first day.
Trying to find out what some people are eating in order to give me a clue on what to do.
Can anyone help me with that?
And always looking for friends :-)

    Eat anything healthy, veggies, lean meat, fruits, grains, dairy (in that order). The best advice I've ever had is eat what is sold in the perimeter of the market - don't go down the isles. Works really well!

    This is a lifestyle choice - not a diet. Choose the foods you love - just make sure they are within your calorie guidelines!
