Weight loss from April 22 2015 till June 9 2015 (with Pictures)

First picture was taken April 22 a few weeks into my weight loss journey, the second picture was from today. I have been running 2-3 times a week and cycling into work (7 miles each way) 2 times a week. I had to share because I look often at other people's success's when I am having a off day and I want to show people the difference a month and a half will make. I feel so much better and I can't wait to continue my weight loss.

I have lost a total of 18 pounds (started before the first picture as stated before)
