Hey, I'm Ryo,
I've been doing the Nutrimost diet for nearly 40 days now and decided it was time to join the myfitnesspal site. I was already planning on keeping track of my calories for the next few weeks of this diet but this site is going to make things a LOT easier.
I've lost 24 pounds so far and hope to lose another 20-some by the time the year is out.
Anyone else out there on this diet? Let me know how it's going for you!

I just finished my 40 days. Lost 20 lbs exactly. Still have some blue drops left so I'm gonna use them up and then start phase 3 & 4.0

Congrats! That's great! Seems like we're about tied for this diet, I'm using up the last of my drops also. Phase 3 can't go by fast enough, haha.
Do you already have a list of the new foods you're going to try? I just bought some Daiya cheese, we'll see if it tastes any good and if I can maintain my weight eating it.

Hi, I started Phase 4 yesterday and have lost 26 pounds in round 1. Plan on doing another round in July, but so far I love Phase 4!0

I am exactly halfway through phase 2 and have lost 12 lbs. it's easy and I couldn't be happier with my progress. To be honest, I "cheat" sometimes by eating a veg snack or a bit more protein, even some fat on occasion. Still losing! I haven't had results like this on anything before0
