If you need someone to map out a full menu for you, check in with a local nutritionist. Otherwise, you can join various groups to get recipe ideas.0

There are many websites that will do this for you... caloriecount.com, or sparkpeople.com will give you a complete diet, according to your lifestyle. But one thing is making me nervous about your request.... remember that true success starts with YOUR effort and not anyone else's.... play around with your diet until you find some things that work for you. TAKE CHARGE!!!!0

While I'm not a big fan myself, you may find something like weight watchers or slimmingworld more suitable. I rather just check what I'm eating and make sure that what ever it is, I don't go over my goal (slowly you get used to what satisfies you while allowing you to eat within your calorie allowance). WW and SW have more structured programs that you can follow and might just help you get started, then once you get used to preparing lower calorie meals, you may find it easier to start calorie counting for yourself.0

You could design your own shortcut meal plan by making lists of the foods you like from each food group. Each meal should have a combination of little from a couple different groups, trying to eat from each a couple times a day: Fruits, vegetables, grains, protein (lamb, shrimp, cottage cheese, tofu), fats. I'm not very good at explaining things, but you should be able to find a ton of information on your own about the fundamentals of nutrition and creating a balanced diet (and I'll bet you can find a helpful chart on pinterest or tumblr that simplifies everything). If you keep it simple, weigh everything, and meet your calorie goals, then a piece of birthday cake here and a happy hour there won't derail you. A little extra planning saves a ton of time, too. Just be honest about what you put in your body.0

What are planish foods?0

An easy start is to just plan out your calories - for example a 1500 calorie day would have 500 for each of the three meals. Find a few easy dishes that fit into your calorie budget and make them. See how it goes. If you find you're stuffed in the morning and hungry later, adjust accordingly.0

Pre-plan your meals for the week - saves so much time and money. I pull out the crockpot every Sunday and make my dinners for the work week and make an oatmeal bake in the oven for my breakfasts. Saves time from not cooking everyday, saves dirty dishes from not using them to cook everyday, and saves money over all because you're not making a whole new meal every day. Buy in bulk stuff you use everyday (like I buy oatmeal, club soda, and fruits/veggies to freeze) when the they are on sale. Once you start building habits like this it makes your new lifestyle so much smoother to transition!0
