Pilates

Can anyone help me? I'm new to my fitness pal and want to track my Pilates workouts but Pilates isn't listed, what can I do?

    Pilates is listed, I use it also. (try capitalizing)
    However, I have found that there are not options for different levels of intensity.
    Intensity level, just like how fast you walk or run, does make a difference in calories burned. So, it is not perfect.
    I recommend you create your own. I use www.healthstatus.com to help calculate calories burned using Pilates. For example, I used the calories burned calculator on this site which takes into account your gender, weight and height to figure the number of calories I would burn doing 30 minutes of my intermediate Pilates workout. I created my own exercise here on MFP using this info. Good Luck on your journey!
