With education that would not be necessary.0 -

To want to know what users have thought about is bad in your opinion? Sorry to disagree with you. Id rather hear it from a first hand account.0 -

Common sense is all you you need. Seriously. I mean someone could say it's great and yadda yadda yadda but with some education you would know better.0 -
More to the point, you are not going to find much support for any weight loss "supplement", shake, pill, or whatever in this forum.
These products are not effective, they will not help you. It's caffeine and maybe some herbal ingredients, and none of the ingredients are guaranteed to be in the product.
You can do much better with a simple multivitamin and setting up MFP to find the calorie level you will need to eat at to lose weight.0 -

I've never taken a weight loss pill, but they are all placebos essentially. If there was a diet pill that worked, no one would be overweight unless they wanted to be. Anything branded to "boost metabolism", "cause fat loss", ect is snake oil, and not worth the money.
That money can be put towards delicious food, cute workout clothes, and a food scale!

this is what I think about it too
actually this is what I know about it .. because it's not opinion it's fact
they are modern-day snake oil
they work in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and exercise
remove the supplements and the latter two factors still work
remove the calorie control and exercise and the supplements stop working
