Hi everyone,

I'm new to the site and LOVING the structure it's giving me. I'm also loving how wonderful people are on the message boards.

I noticed someone mention that MFP has given them a daily sugar guideline. My plan doesn't list sugar at al, just calories, carbs, fat and proteinl. Is that normal? Have I missed something?

Also, there seems to be an acronym that has something to do with a reward for reaching a goal (N...?). What does it stand for?

Any help would be great!

Thanks

You can select which nutrients show up on your diary.
And the thing you refering to is a NSV, which is a Non-Scale Victory! :)

Hey there! Go to the FOOD tab and click on SETTINGS. In there you can choose which things you want to be listed on your food journal.

Also, you can readily see all of your nutrient allowances on the mobile apps. You just click the app, and at the top you can click either daily, weekly, or nutrients. There you can find what the allowances are.
  • Amazing. Thanks everyone!!
