    Congrats!! Great results! I'm actually doing p90x as well... I'm on day 8 but I haven't lost any weight.. Did you lose weight starting the first week or did it take until a few weeks in?? I don't want to be discouraged because of the scale but it's hard not to feel that way

    It took awhile then the weight started falling off just stay with it
