My "Diet"

I'm 100% Filipino and my advice is really to eat all the fatty Filipino foods in moderation so you don't have to cut it out completely. Like have it maybe once or twice a week depending on what dish(es) you plan on making that week. And the rest of the days you can prepare meals like salmon with broccoli, mashed cauliflower, tilapia with asparagus, or even a simple salad with some meat in it for protein. And always remember not to drink your calories. Drink a lot of water, that's what's been helping me the most and I've lost about 3-4 pounds in the last two weeks.

Filipinos do like to drink their calories. San Miguel at call center happy hour :-) but when I was there, very few people were overweight. The majority were tiny.0
