What do you do? Just suck it up? When i did weight watchers, they had the zero point soup, and i used to eat that toward the end of the day.

    1. Don't eat, or...
    2. Eat something light, log it, try to pace yoruself better the next day.

The "0 point" soup in WW still has calories, it's just that WW structures their point system in a way to allow those things within a certain limit. It's just masking over the details a bit.

Save a large portion of your calories for the end of the day so you won't be hungry at night.

How many calories are you eating? If you've set yourself a low goal you may be able to eat more and still lose weight.

Are you hitting your fat goal? Fat is the satiating - it helps regulate appetite. If you've done Weight Watchers in the past then you may be in the mindset of only eating low fat foods, which is not necessary.

This. All the people who go, "I'm going to stop snacking at night!" Why? Eat more at night and less earlier. :P

Save some calories to eat something. I always eat just before going to bed, usually chocolate or fruit.
