Dark chocolate high cocoa content is a healthy snack in moderation. Just google it.

It is good for you in a few ways. Yumminess is an added bonus!

What does avoiding what carbs mean?

    White carbs*

Yes, sorry, I meant white carbs, autocorrect problems :)

    Oh thought you misread.
White carbs are foods that have been stripped of there nutrients.. So white bread, rice , potatoes , pastas

    Sorry but that's ridiculous.

Personal choice of course, but there is no nutritional benefit behind it in terms of health of hitting macros .. unless your choice is to go low carb of course

But saying they are stripped of nutritional value by virtue of being 'white' is just .. now what's the word .. oh yeah .. wrong

I'm not being serious. This debate has been done over and over again in these threads it's annoying, thats why I'm not feeding into it. Thanks for trying educate me tho.

Aren't carbs from veggies more nutritional for you tho?
