    Had my PT today and yep as I expected she had me doing squats, squats and more squats!! Actually, squat jumps, squat holds and then just for fun squats with weights!!! Did'nt do any extras today because I think that was quite enough for one day :happy:

    The challenge runs through Sunday, so it will only bump your average up to 40 a day! yeah!!
