hey everyone! This is my second time on MFP. The first time was after I had my son and I'm back because I just had a little girl 10 weeks ago. I am excited to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight!!! I need some fun, positive, motivating friends!! I use Insanity, Zumba and Pilates. It can be difficult to workout with a 3 year old and baby but it's possible and will be worth all the struggles

    Hello blessed. Just doing my MFP inputs for the day. Agree with you on blessings and positive vibes. Can't say enough about good energy - there's a science and spirit behind it. Glad you get it! My status is retirement from education in 50s and now working part-time at a college. Hope to completely retire with husband (36 yrs) when he's husband's ready. Loving my life -- very different from your's, but I absolutely remember! Cherish your time with your children and that handsome guy in the photo. So glad you returned to MFP. I'm a walking example of how a trim, active, young mom can add 2 pounds a year for a few decades and swoosh -- what happened? I have 4 gym cardio and weight training workouts a week plus two to three home workouts of morning yoga stretches with 3200 meters (around 2 miles) on row machine. Follow up with lunch 'walkabouts.' Add to this a lot of gratitude speak and positive thoughts. Enjoy your days -- and you will absolutely meet your goals! Jean
