Feeling the loss

Hi my name is Sherry I have been using fitness pal for almost 3 weeks. I have lost 7 lbs and weigh in on fridays. The thing is usually you start to feel like you are losing but I don't feel that way, I am very strict about weighing my food and counting every bite. I have been slowly adding exercise , but not consistent daily. What do you do when aren't feeling it to keep you going?

    I look through the success stories on here. It's a long journey and it's a hard one but eventually every bite you didn't eat or ever healthy choice you made will pay off. Just give it time.

    Look for things that you'd like to do but can't currently because of your healthy/fitness. Thing about how fun they would be. I'm disabled and though the more active I am the more I hurt, I can tell you that I feel better and I move better. I've only been working on this since June 1st and I am already happier. 10 years ago I lost 42lbs. I got down to 150lbs and I love it. I remember that. I want that back and I want that to stay so here I am doing it again because being fit is better than not being fit.

    I agree with the success stories. Super motivating! Also, be patient. Trust the system. Time is going to pass either way, might as well make the most of it!!
