Hi there,
How do I change my calorie intake? I want to set it specifically at 1800 cals a day.
How do I turn off the setting that adds in the exercise calories? I heard you can do that, but can't figure it out.
I'm working with a trainer and based on my activity level, I'm on an 1800 cal day, with no addtl calories added in.
thanks in advance!!

You can set your calorie goal to a specific number in the Settings: My Home, Goals, then Edit. You can only turn off the added exercise calories if you have a premium account. That setting is there, as well.0

Or just log your exercise by putting in a description of what you did, and manually enter 1 calorie. Reasoning: you'll have a history of your exercise on your profile but the calorie counts won't really be a factor.0

You may turn off the calorie additions by going to settings > steps and click "Don't track steps" Then download an app like PACER and use it to track your steps.0
