I seem to plateau a lot and having problem losing weight because my macros are so low and I am having a hard time maintaining having low carbs. I am training to be a pro-wrestler but dropping weight seems to be a problem. I don't even hit my full calories daily. Any suggestions. By the way. I am 293.8, 5'8, Macros are to be daily : Carbs 100g, Protein 70g and Fat 90g. I can't hit these on a good day. Any suggestions?

I would switch your macros up to be more balanced. Doing a higher protein diet helps with weight loss. The biggest thing for a successful diet is the ability to be consistent with hitting your goals. If you are always missing the mark, then you need to make an adjustment.
I would go for more of a 40/40/20 (p/c/f) split while exercising with resistance training and HIIT cardio.0 -
You're on a protein deficient diet.

Who set these macros for you? Is it the MFP default, or did a coach or trainer set them. It does seem to be pretty light on protein for someone training to be a pro-wrestler (does that mean like WWE wrestling or Olympic type wrestling)?0 -
Why are you eating approximately 1500 calories a day?
Seems absurd for a man of your size.0 -

Profile says female.
When I looked, I could've sworn it said male.
Still, seems pretty low for a female of that height and weight.
I'm 5'7" and my BMR is around 1500.
So she should definitely be able to eat more.
Especially with how intense wrestling workouts can be0 -

Fat has 9 calories per gram, while carbs and protein have 4. That leads to the vast majority of your calories being from fat with the way your macros are set. Eat more protein and less fat and you'll have a much easier time meeting your macros.0 -
